Kimberley Underwood, Owner & Organizer

KALM owner Kimberley Underwood worked as a home care RPN for over a decade. During that time, she noticed how many of her patients struggled when it came to downsizing their homes and organizing their lives. While well-intentioned family members would often try to help, they wouldn’t know how or where to begin.

Having been in hundreds of people’s homes and having heard some of their most personal concerns, Kimberley understood how empathy, patience, and professionalism can encourage people to make the changes they needed to make to be happier and healthier.

She saw an opportunity to help. With her natural resourcefulness, compassion and knack for organization, Kimberley created KALM Solutions in 2018.  Since then, both she and her team have been transforming the spaces and lives of individuals and families around Southern Ontario.
