The KALM team specializes in personal and affordable home organization services in Durham Region and much of Southern Ontario. We will help our clients with as much or as little as they’d like, and can help organize an entire house or a single room. Whatever our clients want, wherever they need it, our home organization services are personal, but never pushy and thorough without being intrusive.

KALM Decluttering

Clutter can be overwhelming. Let us help! We’ll help you take control of your clutter, physically sort through tackle piles and create a less chaotic, more KALM space. The final word is always yours, but we can help you determine what to keep, what to donate and can even help you make some money by selling items that are no longer of use.

KALM Organization

Streamline your lifestyle! Organizing your space is one of the easiest ways to reduce the number of misplaced belongings and have a more functional home. We implement simple and effective home organization solutions that compliment your life and your space. They’re solutions that work because they’re easy to keep up with, long after we’ve left.

KALM  Downsizing

Downsizing can be an equally liberating and emotional draining process. We’re here to make the process easier, working with you to identify what you truly want to keep, what you wish to pass down to family, what you’d like to donate and what you could sell. We will even sell the items for you and transport donation items to appropriate non-profits.

Pricing

The package pricing is for one organizer (person) in your home.

HOME ORGANIZING PACKAGES

  • 4 hours - $ 240

  • 6 hours - $360

  • 8 hours - $480

  • 10 hours - $600

  • 20 hours - $1200

    Plus applicable taxes

    All in home organizing packages include the removal of 1 load of donations per session

ESTATE/HOME CLEARING starts at $5000 (plus applicable taxes)

  • Starting price is for 2 organizers in your home (50 hours service)

  • Donation of unwanted items

  • Arrangement of disposal bin ($500 value)

  • Sale of unwanted items on our high traffic platforms and to already know buyers (we will photograph, measure and post the item, helping you also arrive at a sellable price)

  • Additional team members available (additional cost)

  • Ability to work with you, your relator and moving company to prepare home for sale or clearing, and pack items you wish to take with you.
